Pat Buchanan Is a mainstay of the Nashville music scene. His prodigious guitar talents have been used live and in the studio by Hall & Oates, Cyndi Lauper, Don Henley, Amy Grant, Vince Gill, Faith Hill, Alice Cooper, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Crenshaw, Darius Rucker and numerous other noteworthy musicians. He received the Academy of Country Music award for Guitarist of the Year in 2005.
Pat was a founding member of the well-respected power pop group Idle Jets whose 1999 release Atomic Fireball garnered rave reviews. He started his recording career recording on jingles for radio and television in Atlanta, Ga in the mid 80’s. Pat has also recorded on many songs on soundtracks for movies and television including the ABC television series “Nashville.”
Sandbox b/w Hello From The Moon firmly establishes Pat as a songwriter and solo recording artist. It is his first release for SpyderPop Records.
